What we collect: almost nothing

TrueAfford doesn't have accounts, doesn't run ads, and doesn't sell leads — so there's very little reason for this site to collect data about you in the first place. This page explains exactly what happens to the information you type in and what, if anything, we or our service providers see.

Calculator inputs stay in your browser

Every number you enter into a calculator — income, debts, expenses, home price, and so on — is used to run the calculation entirely on your device. None of it is sent to, processed by, or stored on our servers. Closing the tab or refreshing the page clears it. We have no record of what any visitor has calculated.

No accounts, no profiles

There is no sign-up, no login, and no user profile anywhere on this site. We don't build a history of who you are or what you've looked at.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, basic technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — passes through our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) as part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse. We don't run our own analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts, and we don't add our own cookies. Cloudflare's handling of this operational data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Third-party services we use

Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which means your browser makes a direct request to Google's servers to fetch them, exposing your IP address to Google in the same way any external resource would. We don't use Google Analytics, Google Ads, or any other Google service beyond font delivery. No other third-party scripts run on this site.

If you email us

If you reach out via the contact page, we'll have whatever information is in that email — your address and message content — which we use only to respond to you. We don't add contacts to a marketing list or share correspondence with third parties.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If what this site collects or how it's handled ever changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change accordingly. We won't quietly start collecting more than what's described here.
